These terms cover your use of phantomarcades.com, operated by Phantom Arcades Inc. of Valrico, Florida. The site is provided as an introduction to our work; we keep it accurate but cannot promise it is error-free, and nothing in these website terms limits the warranties or consumer rights that apply to a machine you actually purchase.

The website is an introduction, not a store

Every machine is custom built. Prices shown on this site (such as "from" prices) are indicative starting points, and the specification, final price, deposit, build time, delivery and warranty for an order are agreed directly with us in writing — by quote and invoice — before any order exists. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. We may correct errors and change the prices, packages and specifications shown here at any time before an order is agreed; once your order is agreed in writing, it changes only by written agreement between us.

Custom orders

Machines are made to order to your specification. The terms that govern an actual purchase — including payment, deposits, cancellation, delivery and warranty — are those stated on your quote and invoice.

Artwork you supply

If you supply artwork or imagery for a build, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all rights needed to use it, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Phantom Arcades Inc. against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from material you supply. We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone else’s rights.

Trademarks, games and build photos

Console names, game titles and related marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners. Phantom Arcades Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any console manufacturer or game publisher; those names are used solely to describe hardware compatibility and customer build themes. Photographs of customer and celebrity builds show custom work completed for those individuals and do not imply that they endorse or sponsor Phantom Arcades Inc.
