Phantom Arcades Inc. ("we", "us") builds custom arcade machines in Valrico, Florida. This policy explains what information this website handles and what we do with it.

Information you choose to send us

This site has no user accounts, no checkout, and sets no cookies of its own. The personal information we collect is what you choose to send us — by email or by phone. That is typically your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell us about the machine you want. We use it to answer you, prepare quotes, and build and deliver what you order. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Information processed automatically

Like almost every website, loading our pages involves some technical processing even if you never contact us. Our site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (including IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google and your IP address is visible to Google in that request; Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or keep this technical data ourselves.

Who else touches your information

If you become a customer, your billing details are handled through our invoicing provider (Intuit QuickBooks), and your name, address and phone number are shared with the carrier or courier when a machine is delivered. We share information with service providers like these only so the business can function, and otherwise only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are generally deleted within a year. Order and invoice records are kept for up to seven years to meet tax and legal obligations, and cannot be deleted during that time.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will verify that the request really comes from you before acting on it, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone. If you have difficulty using any part of it, email [email protected] and we will help and fix what we can.

Changes and contact
