About Us
From the very first communication until the day our clients play their arcade, they are treated as a friend rather than a customer. We recognize that for some people, this is more than just a video game machine.
We ask our clients for their input on all aspects of the build process, from the theme of the graphics down to the smallest details, such as the color of the arcade buttons to be used. We have two reasons for this. First, we want our clients to have as much involvement in their arcade as possible. When their arcade is done and they show it to their friends and family, they will be able to tell everyone how they picked all the key elements that made it look as great as it does. It’s that pride of ownership! The second reason, and more importantly, is that we understand that, for some, arcades can have sentimental value. We want to make sure that any special, custom details can be added to the arcade that we include them. No detail is too small, and no request is overlooked.
Not only is the experience top quality but so are all the materials we use in our arcades. Every arcade is built from 100% fully laminated birchwood and is equipped with authentic commercial-grade arcade parts.
